Anaerobic Digestion (AD) is the breakdown of organic waste material to provide biogas, the biogas can be used to produce combined heat and power or can be upgraded for use as a vehicle fuel or fed into the natural gas grid.

Since April 2011, 4 Renewables Obligation Certificates (ROCs) are available in Northern Ireland for electricity from AD. This then makes on-farm biogas plants a very viable propostion. We offer a complete one-stop-shop Anaerobic Digestion Service to include: Technology design, finance, planning permission, grid connection, build and commission.
